MSc. Eng. Bozhidar Dimitrov
- Bozhidar Dimitrov is a technology and business development leader operating at the intersection of advanced engineering, digital manufacturing, and human-centered innovation. With a background in mechatronics and over a decade of experience across high-tech manufacturing, robotics, and industrial systems, he is known for transforming complex technologies into scalable products, resilient operations, and real market impact.
He has held senior leadership roles across engineering, R&D, and executive technology management, including serving as Interim CTO for a high-tech manufacturing company delivering mission-critical systems to the renewable energy, aviation, and defense sectors. His work spans the full lifecycle of industrial technology — from concept and architecture through prototyping, digital simulation, manufacturing design, industrialization, and global deployment. He has led the development of hardware, software, and control systems in parallel, overseen manufacturing and traceability at scale, and delivered multi-site international installations executed simultaneously across multiple geographies.
Bozhidar’s core expertise lies in digital manufacturing and industrial system design: building production systems, defining manufacturing and testing processes, integrating digital models and simulations into physical production, and ensuring that innovation is not only designed, but manufacturable, reliable, and scalable. He has led manufacturing audits, developed quality and traceability frameworks, and aligned engineering, operations, and suppliers into coherent, high-performance delivery systems.
Alongside his technical leadership, Bozhidar plays a strategic role in business development and growth. He operates fluently between engineering teams, executive leadership, and external partners, translating technical depth into business clarity, investment logic, and long-term product vision. His experience spans international negotiations, technology partnerships, and market positioning across Europe, Africa, Asia, and South America.
In parallel, Bozhidar is leading KAION, an AI-powered neuro-tech initiative exploring the future of human–AI interaction through presence, reflection, and emotional intelligence. KAION is conceived as a living digital organism that listens, observes, and responds in real time, mirroring emotional and cognitive states through voice, behavior, shape, color, and motion. Rather than prescribing programs or optimization frameworks, KAION reveals patterns and cultivates mental flexibility, enabling organic, self-directed growth and sustainable performance.
Across his work — from digital factories to intelligent companions — Bozhidar is driven by a single focus: designing systems, whether industrial, technological, or human, that are adaptive, resilient, and aligned with how people and organizations actually function. His perspective makes him a compelling voice in conversations around digital manufacturing, AI, neuro-technology, and the evolving relationship between humans and intelligent systems.
