Mr. David Silva is a Cybersecurity Expert and Ethical Hacker with over 10 years of experience in the field. He is the Founder and CEO of CyberX – The Ethical Hacking Services, a Portuguese company that helps organizations and governments worldwide protect themselves against cyberattacks through specialized cybersecurity services. Throughout his career, David has helped numerous entities strengthen their defenses by identifying vulnerabilities before malicious actors could exploit them. He holds several industry-recognized certifications, including OSCP, eWPTXv3, HTB CPTS, HTB CBBH, CompTIA CySA+, and CompTIA PenTest+, among others. He is also a co-author of the book Cybersecurity Journey, published by Brasport Publishing in Brazil, where he wrote about offensive security and its role in strengthening organizational resilience. Passionate about education and innovation, David has mentored young professionals in technology and cybersecurity. In 2024, he served as a mentor at the Create Apps Championship by the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, guiding teams in developing secure and impactful applications. David believes that cybersecurity is more than just technology, it’s about trust, awareness, and the collective power to create a safer world. His mission is to inspire others to think differently, act proactively, and use knowledge as the first line of defense.
