Interview with Vitalii Haleliuka, General Manager & Co-Founder, BHAG Digital

WAM Tech Talks 4.0 - Interview with Vitalii Haleliuka

1 - With over 15 years of experience in industrial digitalization and enterprise deployments, what strategic objectives led BHAG Digital to participate in WAM Saudi 2026?

Our participation in WAM Saudi 2026 is a strategic extension of BHAG Digital’s long-standing engagement with large-scale industrial and enterprise digitalization. After more than 15 years delivering transformation programs across multiple industries, we see WAM as a platform that brings together policymakers, manufacturers, and technology leaders who are actively shaping the future of industry.

WAM Saudi is particularly aligned with our focus on practical, outcome-driven transformation rather than conceptual digitalization. It allows us to demonstrate how enterprise-grade digital solutions can be deployed rapidly, at scale, and with measurable impact—especially in environments where time, cost, and operational continuity are critical.

2 - How is BHAG Digital supporting large-scale industrial and enterprise clients in their digital transformation journeys?

BHAG Digital supports industrial and enterprise clients through end-to-end transformation programs that move beyond dashboards and isolated pilots. Our approach combines operational visibility, performance analytics, and execution-layer intelligence to ensure digital initiatives translate into real operational improvements.

We work closely with large manufacturers and infrastructure operators such as Al Fanar (end-to-end programs), DUCAB, PROCAB, Elsewedy Polymers, and FICO Kuwait (food and snack manufacturing), among others across different sectors. These engagements typically span multiple plants, production lines, and asset classes, enabling clients to standardize performance, improve productivity, and scale digital transformation across the enterprise.

3 - What key solutions or technologies will you be showcasing at WAM Saudi, and how do they address current challenges in manufacturing and industrial sectors?

At WAM Saudi, we will be showcasing two core platforms from BHAG Digital.

First is BeeDigit, our industrial digitalization platform. BeeDigit has been officially approved by INCIT, the creator of the SIRI (Smart Industry Readiness Index) framework, because it demonstrably helps manufacturers improve their SIRI maturity scores in a practical and measurable way.

BeeDigit addresses some of the most common challenges in industrial environments today:

·         Lack of real-time operational visibility

·         Disconnected shop-floor data

·         High dependency on heavy IT and infrastructure investments

The platform is designed as a plug-and-play solution that requires minimal infrastructure, no complex IT projects, and can be deployed quickly across brownfield environments. This enables fast ROI, scalable rollout across sites, and continuous improvement in operational performance.

In addition, we will introduce Factory Online, our plug-and-play supply chain optimization solution. It extends visibility and optimization beyond the shop floor by improving end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution across supply chain operations, enabling organizations to reduce delays, improve flow, and make faster data-driven decisions without heavy implementation cycles.

4 - Saudi Arabia is accelerating its transformation under Vision 2030 — where do you see the biggest opportunities for enterprise digitalization in the Kingdom?

Under Vision 2030, we see the biggest opportunities in operational excellence, manufacturing productivity, and energy-efficient industrial operations. Many enterprises in the Kingdom are moving rapidly from strategy and roadmaps to execution, and this is where practical digitalization becomes critical.

There is a strong demand for solutions that can bridge the gap between strategic frameworks such as SIRI and real shop-floor execution. Technologies that can be deployed quickly, scale across multiple facilities, and deliver measurable performance improvements—without disrupting ongoing operations—will play a key role in supporting the Kingdom’s industrial transformation

5 - What outcomes are you aiming to achieve through your participation at WAM Saudi, both in terms of partnerships and market expansion?

Through WAM Saudi 2026, our primary objective is to strengthen strategic partnerships and expand our footprint within the Saudi industrial ecosystem. We are keen to engage with manufacturers, system integrators, and transformation partners who are looking to move from assessment to execution.

We also aim to build deeper collaborations around large-scale, multi-site deployments and to support organizations that are actively pursuing SIRI-driven transformation initiatives. WAM provides an ideal environment to align technology, policy, and execution partners around shared transformation goals.

6 - How does BHAG Digital differentiate itself in delivering digital transformation solutions to large-scale industrial and manufacturing clients?

BHAG Digital differentiates itself through a combination of enterprise execution experience, fast-deployable technology, and measurable outcomes at scale. Unlike many solutions that require heavy infrastructure and long IT cycles, our approach focuses on rapid deployment in brownfield environments, operational impact, and scalability across multiple sites.

With BeeDigit, manufacturers gain real-time visibility and measurable maturity improvements aligned with SIRI, supported by INCIT’s approval and validation. With Factory Online, we extend that value to the wider operational ecosystem through plug-and-play supply chain optimization—helping enterprises align planning and execution, reduce friction across processes, and improve overall throughput.

Ultimately, our differentiation is our ability to translate digital transformation from strategy into sustained, measurable operational results—across production, logistics, and enterprise execution—without forcing customers into complex IT projects.
